Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the CamoChat application (the "Service") operated by CamoChat ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CamoChat, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

You agree that you use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

2. Content Monitoring & Moderation

IMPORTANT: While we utilize encryption technologies, you acknowledge and agree that CamoChat employs active monitoring systems to ensure the safety of our platform.

We reserve the right to monitor communications transmitted through the Service using:

Automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems: To scan for keywords, patterns, or media associated with illegal activities, hate speech, or violence.
Human Administrators: Designated personnel may review flagged conversations or accounts to verify compliance with our policies and local laws.

By using the Service, you explicitly waive any expectation of total privacy regarding content that is flagged by our safety systems as potentially illegal or harmful.

3. Data Disclosure & Third Parties

We value your privacy, but we must comply with legal obligations and operational necessities. You agree that we may share your information, including but not limited to IP addresses, device identifiers, and message content (where decrypted for safety purposes), with:

Service Providers: Third-party vendors such as Google (for cloud hosting, analytics, and safety checks) and other infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service.
Law Enforcement & Government Agencies: We will disclose any and all user data to government agencies or law enforcement officials if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with a law, regulation, or legal request (such as a warrant or subpoena).
- Protect the safety of any person.
- Address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- Protect our rights or property.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. Specifically, you are prohibited from using CamoChat to:

Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Facilitate the sale of illegal drugs or weapons.
Engage in terrorism planning or recruitment.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Specifically, accounts found to be involved in illegal activities will be permanently deleted and relevant data may be preserved for handover to law enforcement authorities.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CamoChat and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
